The Elite Mutual Fund is an open – ended balanced fund that primarily invests in a combination of fixed income securities, equities and alternative investments. Shareholders of this fund benefit from capital gains, dividends, and interest payments.
Objective:
The Fund seeks to provide investors with growth to meet their medium to long term investment objectives while ensuring liquidity. Specifically, the Fund is targeted at investors who are looking to invest regularly to meet set objectives such as education, home acquisition/improvements and retirement needs in ten years and beyond.

Mode of Contributions:
Payments can be made through various methods, including USSD payments, convenient deposits with partner banks, direct debit, standing orders, or post-dated cheques. Flexibility to top up daily, weekly, or monthly.
Redemption:
The shares of the fund can be redeemed by completing a redemption form and submitting by mail to info@firstfinancecompany.com or in person at our premises at no. 59 Ring Road Central. Redemptions take a 3 - day cycle before payment.
Eligibility:
Open to individuals aged 18 or older, associations, investment clubs, corporate institutions, and provident and pension funds. Available for those participating in Pension Tier 2 Schemes or with existing investments.
Enrollment:
Requires a valid ID (Ghana card), recent passport-size photograph, and completed application form.
Dr. Victor Baah Danquah is the Board Chairman of the First Finance Elite Mutual Fund. He has also served on numerous boards, including the Governing Council of Cape Coast Technical University and the West Akim Municipal Authority, contributing his expertise to both public and private sector institutions.
Dr. Danquah is currently the Head of Compliance and Internal Audit at Daddy Ash Limited, a position he has held since May 2021 as a consultant and became permanent staff in December 2022. Prior to joining Daddy Ash, he was second in command to the CEO of the Private Enterprise Federation, where he also served as Head of Finance and Administration.
Victor has over 20 years of post-chartered experience and has worked across diverse sectors including finance, oil and gas, mining, IT, education, transport and logistics, and non-governmental organizations. He worked at Deloitte & Touché as an Audit/Tax Senior from 2001 to 2004 and has continued his audit practice since then. In 2009, he joined Negosen Consultancy Services (Chartered Accountants) as Senior Partner, a role he still holds. He also served as Director of Finance at Cape Coast Technical University from February 2016 to January 2020.
Dr. Danquah is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Central Nicaragua, affiliated with Texila American University, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, and an MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management, France. Additionally, he holds a Post-Chartered Diploma in Public Financial Management from ICAG and an Intermediate Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana (CIB). He has authored two publications.

Esther Boakye is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Westec Security Limited, the market leader in private security services in Ghana. Westec serves a diverse client base, including financial institutions, corporations, government institutions, and individuals, under her leadership.
With over 20 years of experience in credit management, negotiations, and customer service, Esther has consistently driven business growth, strategic innovation, and operational excellence, particularly within the security industry. Known for fostering collaboration and empowering teams, she has a track record of achieving results in dynamic environments.
Esther holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Cape Coast. She is deeply committed to upholding integrity and corporate governance, ensuring that her leadership enhances both market share and client relationships.

Richard Eshun is an accomplished Insurance Executive with over 21 years of experience, both locally and internationally, including 9 years in the United States and 11 years in senior management and directorship roles in Ghana. An actuary by profession, he is known for his dynamic and decisive leadership, leveraging his extensive knowledge in insurance and financial services to drive operational improvements and profitability across various institutions.
Richard is currently the General Secretary of the ECOWAS Brown Card Insurance Scheme. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Phoenix Life Insurance Company from 2013 to 2022. He has also held various board roles and chaired committees, contributing his expertise to the governance and strategic direction of several organizations.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut, U.S.A., and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.
