Michael Asa-Eck is the Chief Executive Officer of Trans Ghana Communications Limited, a company that specializes in the provision of communication systems to both private and public sector organizations. He previously served as the Director of Operations at SEEL Ghana Limited for fourteen years and as the Executive Director of Storage Equipment and Energy Limited for four years.

Michael brings extensive strategic leadership to his role. He is a trained Biologist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Certificate in Accounting from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Rosemary Akosua Owusu is an articulate and versatile legal practitioner with 9 years of experience in corporate transactions, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property rights, due diligence, and international taxation across the UK, Europe, West, and Central Africa.

She is currently a partner at Lem & Co, a Paris and Accra-based law firm specializing in corporate law and taxation for African clients. Prior to this, she worked with GFA Consulting Ltd (Ghana), where she provided legal and tax advice to corporations. She also gained experience at Sam Okudzeto & Associates (Ghana), assisting clients with litigation, and served as an Adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman (UK), where she was involved in resolving disputes between financial service providers and consumers.

Rosemary was admitted to the Ghana Bar in 2015 and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and the Law Society of England and Wales. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Law, UK, and an LLB from the University of Surrey, UK.

Yaw Adjei Banahene is a seasoned Accounting and Financial Management professional with over 20 years of experience across various industries, including multinational operations, manufacturing, sales and marketing, airline, insurance, banking, management services, and security services.

He currently serves as the Chief Finance Officer at First Insurance Company Limited, having been seconded from Westec Security Systems, where he was Head of Accounting and Finance. Prior to Westec, Yaw spent 13 years with the Air Liquide Group, where his roles included Chief Accountant, CFO for Ghana, Operations Controller for the Central Africa Cluster, and Financial Controller for the West Africa Cluster.

Yaw began his career at the defunct Ghana Airways, rising to Deputy Financial Controller at its subsidiary, Airways Catering. He has also served on the boards of the Financial Independence Mutual Fund, Asutifi Rural Bank, and several Air Liquide Group subsidiaries across West Africa.

A Chartered Accountant, Yaw represents the Institute of Chartered Accountants on the statutory Audit Committees of the Ministry for Chieftaincy & Religious Affairs and the Greater Accra Regional Coordinating Council. He holds an Executive MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana.

Faustina Korkor Odoi-Agyarko is the Chief Executive Officer of First Finance Company Ltd. She brings over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Treasury Management and Pensions.

Prior to joining First Finance, she served as the Managing Director of NTHC Asset Management Limited, where she led the company’s restructuring and played a key role in establishing additional subsidiaries within the NTHC group. Faustina held several senior management positions in the same institution including Head of Treasury Operations and Client Relations and Deputy Manager, Finance and Accounts. She started her career as an Audit Trainee with Minta Ossom and Associates.

Faustina is a qualified accountant and a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast, and a Certificate in Business Risk Management from the University of Cape Town.

Kwame Sarpong is a distinguished entrepreneur with extensive experience in operations and marketing of insurance products and investments, both in Ghana and internationally. During his time in the United States, he served as an underwriter of insurance products and securities, gaining significant expertise in the industry.

He received his training at the University of Ghana Business School, where he specialized in Entrepreneurship, Business Management, and Effective Leadership Management & Administration. Over the years, Kwame has established himself as one of Ghana's most renowned entrepreneurs.
