Faustina Korkor Odoi-Agyarko is the Chief Executive Officer of First Finance Company Ltd. She brings over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Treasury Management and Pensions.

Prior to joining First Finance, she served as the Managing Director of NTHC Asset Management Limited, where she led the company’s restructuring and played a key role in establishing additional subsidiaries within the NTHC group. Faustina held several senior management positions in the same institution including Head of Treasury Operations and Client Relations and Deputy Manager, Finance and Accounts. She started her career as an Audit Trainee with Minta Ossom and Associates.

Faustina is a qualified accountant and a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast, and a Certificate in Business Risk Management from the University of Cape Town.

Emmanuel Kofi Dakwa is an Investment Management Practitioner with over 18 years of experience in corporate training, investment management, and finance. He is currently the Executive Head of Portfolio Management at First Finance Company Limited, where he leads the company’s portfolio strategy and management.

Before joining First Finance, Emmanuel was the Executive Director for the Asset Management unit at Intermarket. He also spent 3 years as a Branch Manager at First Capital Plus and 9 years as a Senior Analyst at Databank Financial Services Limited.

Emmanuel holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Investment Management from the University of Hertfordshire (UK) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance (UK). He is also a certified member of the Institute for Directors – Ghana.

Mimi Ama Daniels is the Head of Risk Management and Compliance at First Finance Company Limited, where she leads the organization’s efforts in regulatory compliance and risk management. Prior to joining FFC, Mimi held several key positions, including Head of Corporate Banking and Head of Institutional Banking at Cal Bank and Head of Institutional Banking at Republic Bank.

Mimi is a member of the Chartered Institute of Banking and Marketing Ghana and holds Securities Dealing certifications from the Ghana Stock Exchange. She has earned two international certifications in Banking and Finance: one from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), in collaboration with Philadelphia Bank and Mellon Bank in the USA, and another from the Galilee International College in Galilee, Israel.

Mimi holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, and a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Economics and Statistics, both from the University of Ghana.

Joseph Adjei Oturoku is a wealth management strategist with a focus on financial investments and financial planning. He has over 12 years of experience in the investment banking industry, with extensive training in both front and back-office investment management.

Joseph is currently the Head of Business Development at First Finance Company. Prior to this, he worked as a Business Development Manager at Galaxy Capital Limited. He also held several roles at Jislah Financial Services, where he advanced from Investment Officer to Deputy Manager, Treasury.
Joseph holds a Master of Arts Degree in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He also holds a Ghana Securities Industry Certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) and is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Investment Advisor.

His interests span broadly from financial markets to child development.

Evelyn Siaw Bonsu is a Chartered Accountant and the Head of Finance at First Finance Company Ltd, where she leads the financial management and strategic planning for the organization. Before joining First Finance Company Ltd, Evelyn served as a Financial Accountant at NTHC Group Ltd where she was the deputy to the Group Head of Finance and oversaw all financial affairs of the group.

Hitherto, she held various positions as an Accountant at NTHC Securities Ltd, a subsidiary of NTHC Group Ltd and as a licensed dealing member of the Securities and Exchange Commission, focusing on the trading of stocks, treasury bills, and bonds.

Evelyn began her career in sales, working as a Direct Sales Representative with Barclays Bank Ghana Ltd (now Absa Bank Ghana Ltd).

Evelyn is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Professional Studies (UPSA) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BSc) from the University of Cape Coast.
