Mimi Daniels has two (2) International Banking and Finance certifications; the first one from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), together with the Philadelphia Bank and Mellon Bank in the United States of America (USA); and the second one from the Galilee International College, Galilee, Israel. Mimi Daniels holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialty in Finance, and a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Economics and Statistics, both from the University of Ghana.

She holds Securities Dealing certifications from the Ghana Stock Exchange. She has to her credit certifications from regulatory and education institutions covering key elective skills. She is a member of the Chartered Institutes of Banking and Marketing Ghana.

Mr. Dakwa is an Investment Management Practitioner with over 18 years of experience in corporate training, investment management and finance. Mr. Dakwa holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Investment Management awarded by the University of Hertfordshire (UK), Post Graduate Diploma in Finance (UK). Additionally, and he is a certified member of the Institute for Directors – Ghana. 

Before joining First Finance Company he was the Executive Director for the Asset Management unit at Intermarket, 3 years as a Branch Manager with First Capital Plus and previously 9 years as a Senior Analyst with Databank Financial Services Limited. After his master’s program in England, he returned to Ghana and currently is the Executive Head, Portfolio Management for First Finance Company Limited.

Faustina Korkor Odoi-Agyarko is the Chief Executive Officer of First Finance Company Ltd.  She has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking. Prior to joining First Finance Company, she was the Managing Director of the National Trust Holding Company (NTHC) Asset Management Limited, overseeing its restructuring and the establishment of other subsidiaries of the NTHC group. She started her career as Audit Trainee with MintaOssom and Associates. Faustina holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree from the University of Cape Coast and Master of Business Administration from the University of Ghana. She also holds a Certificate in Business Risk Management from the Cape Town University. Faustina is a qualified accountant and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA, UK) and Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG)
