Gold Fund Unit Trust – Guidelines

  1. Check your email for your current investment statement as at October 31, 2021, or send
    request for investment statement to clientservice@firstfinancecompany.com.
  2. Download Account Opening and Redemption forms from www.firstfinancecompany.com
    and provide the required information.
  3. Input your unique Gold Fund Unit Trust Account Number in the Eligibility calculator (on
    our website) to know the amount which is redeemable.
  4. Scan the completed forms, attach a copy of your valid national ID card and send via email to
    clientservice@firstfinancecompany.com.
  5. Alternatively, you may deposit the hardcopies of the filled forms with a copy of your valid
    national ID card at First Finance Company Limited’s premises at No. 63 Ring Road Central,
    Accra.
  6. The payment of the approved redemption amount for a properly documented request shall not
    exceed five (5) working days from the date of receipt of redemption request.
