Dr. Victor Baah Danquah has worked with Deloitte & Touché for Four (4) years as an Audit/Tax Senior from 2001 to 2004 and has been in the Audit practice to date. He joined Negosen Consultancy Services (Chartered Accountants) in 2009 as Senior Partner on a partnership basis and worked with the firm to date. He has PhD in Finance from University of Central Nicaragua which is affiliated to Texila American University where he was enrolled to pursue a Ph.D programme. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). Victor has over 20 years post-chartered experience and has held key management positions in many organizations. Victor is a graduate of University of Cape Coast, Ghana and holds B. Com degree from that university. He holds MBA from Paris Graduate School of Management, France. He also holds Post Chartered Diploma in Public Financial Management from ICAG and Intermediate Certificate from Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana (CIB).  He has 2 publications to his credit.

He has wide experience in the private sector and in the public sector. He has also worked in the Financial Sector, Oil and Gas and Mining Sector, IT Sector, Education, Transport and Logistics, Non-Governmental Organization and Selling & Distribution Bub-sector. Victor has also worked with Cape Coast Technical University as Director of Finance. 

He is currently, the Head of Compliance and Internal Audit for Daddy Ash Limited, a position he has held since May 2021 as a Consultant and as a permanent staff since December 2022. Before he joined Daddy Ash Limited, Victor was second in command to the CEO of Private Enterprise Federation, where he also doubled as Head of Finance and Administration. He was also Director of Finance for Cape Coast Technical University from February 2016 to January 2020. Victor has worked with numerous boards of some public and private sector institutions such as the Governing Council of Cape Coast Technical University, West Akim Municipal Authority, Elite Mutual Fund under First Finance Group amongst others.
