Asa-Eck is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Trans Ghana Communications Limited, a company that provides communication systems to private and public companies. He served as the Director of Operations of SEEL Ghana Limited for fourteen years and also as the Executive Director of Storage Equipment and Energy Limited for four years.

Asa-Eck has significant managerial expertise. He is a trained biologist from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He also has a Certificate in Accounting from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
