Rosemary Akosua Owusu
Rosemary is an articulate and versatile legal practitioner with 9 years of legal experience and vast knowledge in corporate transactions including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property rights, due diligence and international taxation in UK, Europe, West and Central Africa.
She holds a postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Law, UK and LLB from the University of Surrey, UK. Rosemary was admitted to the Ghana Bar in 2015 and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and Law Society of England and Wales.
Prior to joining Lem&Co, she worked with GFA Consulting Ltd where she provided legal and tax advice to corporations, Sam Okudzeto & Associates (Ghana) where she provided clients with litigation assistance. She also worked as an Adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman (UK) where she was involved in the resolution of disputes between financial service providers and consumers.
