Faustina Korkor Odoi-Agyarko is the Chief Executive Officer of First Finance Company Ltd.  She has over 20 years’ experience in Investment banking, Corporate Finance, Treasury Management and Pensions among others. Prior to joining First Finance Company, she was the Managing Director of NTHC Asset Management Ltd.

Prior to that, she held a number of senior leadership positions including executive lead overseeing the group business of five subsidiaries, Head of Treasury Operations/Client Relations where she oversees Securities Operations, management of Retail and Corporate client businesses and as Deputy Manager, Finance and Accounts of the NTHC Group. Before joining NTHC, she worked with MintaOssom and Associates as an Audit Trainee.

Faustina holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree from the University of Cape Coast and Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Ghana. She also holds a Certificate in Business Risk Management from the Cape Town University. Faustina is a qualified accountant and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA, UK) and Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).
