NOTICE OF VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 12th day of December 2023, the 3^rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of First Financial Independence Mutual Fund PLC (hereinafter, the “Company”) will be held virtually and streamed live via Zoom at Paloma Hotel to transact the following business:

AGENDA

1. To receive and adopt the Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31^st December 2022, together with the reports of Directors and the external Auditors.
2. To appoint a new Director.
3. To fix the remuneration of the external Auditors.

Special Resolution

To create a sub-class of shares to ring-fence new fund subscriptions from the market volatilities created as a result of Domestic Debt Exchange Programme (DDEP) and mark-to-market valuations.
